In the circumstances reported by the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P. , Vijayawada in the reference 2nd read above , Government after careful examination hereby transfer of Smt . R.Prasanthi , Staff Nurse , 2
Government General Hospital , Ongole , Prakasam Smt. Palaparthi Padma , Staff Nurse , Government General Hospital , Guntur District and on mutual basis and on medical grounds , in relaxation of ban on Transfers , Subject to condition that the individuals are not eligible for T.T.A/D.A and joining time.
2. TheDirector of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P. , Vijayawada shall take further action in the matter accordingly .
