1. G.O.Ms.No.5, Irrigation &CAD (MI.G) Dept., dated: 20.01.2015 2. From the Chief Engineer, M&MI, Vijayawada,Lr. No. DCEII/OT1/T1/NABARD- RIDF-XX/Kadapa/Vagetikona/RE with Fuel factor/2022, dated: 16.03.2022 & 30.06.2022.

2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Chief Engineer, Minor & Medium Irrigation, Vijayawada, while explaining the circumstances, has stated that, as per the agreement, the firm is eligible to claim the price adjustment and submitted the revised estimate duly incorporating the price adjustment for fuel for approval. In the agreement clause for price escalation, the co-efficient of fuel is not mentioned. But as per the G.O.Ms.No.252, Transport, Roads & Buildings (R1) Department, dt.28.08.2008, the co-efficient for fuel is mentioned as 0.85. He has therefore, requested to accord revised administrative Approval for an amount of Rs. 1340.88 lakhs for "Restoration and Improvements to Vagetikona and its system near Settigunta (V) in Kodur (M) of YSR Kadapa Distirct" under Head of Account "4702- 00-101-11-SH(12)-530/531-OE".
3. The Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord revised administrative approval for " the work of Restoration and Improvements to Vagetikona and its system near Settigunta (V) in Koduru (M) of YSR Kadapa District" for an amount of Rs. 13,40,88,000/- (Rupees thirteen crores, forty lakhs, eighty eight thousand only) under NABARD - RIDF – XX.
4. The expenditure shall be debited to the head of account "4702 Capital Outlay on Minor Irrigation - MH 101 surface water - GH (07) - Rural Infrastructure Development Fund - SH (10) Minor works under RIDF - 530 Major works - 531 other expenditure.
5. The Chief Engineer, Minor & Medium Irrigation, Vijayawada shall take necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
6. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide their U.O No: FIN01-PMU0NABM (CFA)/28/2022-NSP Computer No: 1830740, dated: 09/12/2022.
