ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner , Special Enforcement Bureau in the read above , Government after careful examination of the matter hereby sanction Earned Leave for ( 32 ) days from 17.01.2023 to 17.02.2023 to Sri A. Ramesh Reddy , IPS , Director ( Spl . Unit) , Special Enforcement Bureau with permission to avail prefix and suffix holidays and to leave the head quarters during the leave period .
2. Under FR 26 ( b) ( ii ) , it is hereby certified that Sri A. Ramesh Reddy , IPS (RR: 2007) would have continued in the existing Scale of Pay of I.P.S. but for his going on leave .
3. On return from leave , Sri A. Ramesh Reddy , IPS ( RR : 2007 ) is reposted as Director (Spl . Unit) , Special Enforcement Bureau , Mangalagiri .
4. The Pay and Accounts Officer . Mangalagiri shall make necessary entries in the Service Register of the Member of Service accordingly.
