ORDER:
The Chief Engineer, Godavari Delta System, Dowlaiswaram in the letter read above., while stating the details and circumstances, has requested the Government, to accord Administrative approval for the following (2) No.of estimates for "Completion of balance works of Road bridges on Kakinada canal near Konkuduru and Komaripalem village limits" for an amount of Rs.330.30 Lakhs:-

2) After careful examination of the proposal, the Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.330.30 Lakhs (Rupees three hundred thirty lakhs and thirty thousand only) for the following (2) works, duly relaxation of the FRBM norms, under Head of Account "4700 Capital Outlay on Major Irrigation -01 Major Irrigation - Commercial - M.H.114 Godavari Delta System - G.H.11 State Development Schemes – S.H (27) Canals and Distributaries -530 Major works- 531 Major works"...

3) The Chief Engineer, Godavari Delta System, Dowlaiswaram shall ensure the following before according technical sanction:-
| i | The correctness of quantities, leads, rates and data proposed in the estimates. |
| ii | The estimates are prepared based on approved drawings. |
| iii | In the estimates supporting calculations are not furnished for the proposed steel quantity. The quantity may be obtained based on bar-bending schedule. |
4) The Chief Engineer, Godavari Delta System, Dowlaiswaram shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly.
5) This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU-W.R.II) Department, vide their U.O.Note.No.FIN01-FMU0MRAS (WR2)/149/2022-FMU-WR-II, Computer No. 1905689, dated: 23.01.2023.
