Public Services - Andhra Pradesh Civil Services ( Executive Branch ) Rules , 1992 - Sri A.Sri Rama Chandra Murthy , Special Grade Deputy Collector working as OSD to Vigilance Commissioner , A.P. , Secretariat , Velagapudi - Treating the period from 22.08.2019 to 08.10.2019 ( 48 days ) and from 14.10.2020 to 28.02.2021 ( 138 days ) as compulsory wait and treat the period from 20.08.2019 to 21.08.2019 ( 2 days ) as transit period - Sanction - Orders - Issued .

ORDER: -
In the circumstances reported in the reference 5th read above , Government after careful examination , hereby order that the waiting period from 22.08.2019 to 08.10.2019 ( 48 days ) and from 14.10.2020 to 28.02.2021 ( 138 days ) shall be treated as compulsory wait under FR 9 ( 6) ( b) and the period from 20.08.2019 to 21.08.2019 (2 days ) shal be treated as transit period under FR 106 in favour of Sri A.Sri Rama Chandra Murthy , Special Grade Deputy Collector working as OSD to Vigilance Commissioner , A.P. , Secretariat , Velagapudi , subject to availability of a vacancy in the same scale of pay for charging the salary pertaining to the waiting period .
2. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration , Andhra Pradesh , and Vigilance Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Secretariat , Velagapudi shall take necessary action accordingly in the matter.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance ( HR.IV- FR & LR ) Department vide their U.O.No. FIN01 - HROCRSR ( CW) /61/2022-HR.IV dated: 18.01.2023 ( Computer No. 1881747) .
