ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration , A.P. , in the references read above and consequent on the orders issued by the Finance ( FMU - Revenue) Department in the reference 3rd read above , Government , after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord Administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.8,91,50,000/ - , ( Rupees Eight Crores Ninety One Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only ) from BE provision 2022-2023 in relaxation of quarterly regulation towards meeting the expenditure for clearance of pending bills in respect of GPs and PPs in Districts .
2. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration , A.P. Manglagiri , shall take further necessary action accordingly in the matter .
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU - REV) Department vide their Fin.U.O.No.FMU0ASD ( REV ) / 199/ 2022 Dated: 17.01.2023 ( Computer No. 1841421 ) .
