In the circumstances reported by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration , A.P. , Vijayawada in the reference read above , Government , after careful examination , hereby sanction Extraordinary Leave ( EoL) for the period from 26.08.2022 to 11.03.2023 ( 198 days ) , in respect of Kum .1.EthamakulaEthamaku Kiranmayee , Probationary Deputy Collector ( under training ) at Chittoor District , as exceptional case , in relaxation of Rule - 23 ( a ) ( ii ) of A.P. Leave Rules , 1933 , subject to extension of her probation for the above period .
2. The Commissioner of Land Administration , A.P. , Vijayawada / the District Collector, Chittoor shall take necessary action accordingly in the matter .
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( HR.IV- FR & LR ) Department vide their (Computer U.O.No.FIN01 - HR0CRSR ( LR ) / 56 / 2022 - HR - IV , No. 1923138) dated :16.12.2022
