It is hereby ordered that the name of Dr. Kamity Venkateswarlu, MBBS, MS - (General Surgery), and Registered in APMC vide Registration No. AMC 9035 Dated:20-04-1976 for MBBS and Dated 13-05-2008 for MS (General Surgery); shall be deleted from the State Medical Register of Andhra Pradesh Medical Council with immediate effect.
He shall surrender his Original Certificates of Final Medical Registration Certificate No. AMC 9035, Dated; 20-04-1976, and Additional Qualification Registration Certificate MS (General Surgery) (Dated: 13-05-2008) to the Registrar, APMC forthwith.
