2. In pursuance of the above restructuring/formation of new districts in the State and continuation to the Notification issued through the reference lst read above, the fctlowing notification will be published in the extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated 21.12.2022:
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 61 of the Chit funds Act, 1982 (Central Act 40 of 1982) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the following District Registrars of Registration Districts as Deputy Registrars of Chits and Assistant Registrars of Chits within the limits of their respective jurisdiction for the purpose of discharging the duties imposed upon them to regulate the work under the A.P.Chit Funds Act, 1982 and the Rules there under, as shown in the Annexure appended to this Ntotification w.e.f.21-12-2022.
