ORDER
ln the G.O.1St read above, Government have granted exemption from payment of Stamp Duty, Registration fee and transfer duty on the existing houses in the plots allotted by the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation in rehabilitated colonies and also permitted the allottees to register their houses with the concessional rates of Stamp duty on or before 29-02-2004.
2. |n the G.O.2nd to 5th read above, the Government have extended the concessional rates of Stamp Duty, Registration fee and Transfer duty on the existing houses upto 31-03-2016, 30-10-2007 and 30-04-2008 respectively provided that such deeds are executed by Municipal Commissioner, Vijayawada.
3. In the G.O. 7th & 9th read above, the Government have extended the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.89, Revenue (Fi&M) Department, dated 29.01.2008, as a jmaanttuearry?f28T3't:P3P,8trt#na'::h{°2roigf¥ortrhreergj3:rr::i:n°:ft;;:ere(i)air,::tbiotj;e(.stfrri:#y::t per the names shown in the Annexure enclosed to G.O.Ms.No.197) on the ground of equity.

In the reference llth read above, the commissioner, Vijayawada Municipal Corporation has stated that as per G.O.Ms.No.74, dated 28.01.2019, 431 beneficiaries have paid the site cost, out of which 126 registrations have been completed. Thus there are 711 and 6499 balance registrations have to be done. Due to General Elections 2019 and Modal Code of Conduct, the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation could not complete the balance registration work by 31.03.2019 and requested for time extension as a special case.
5. Government after careful consideration of the matter, have decided and hereby order to extend the time limit as stipulated in G.O.Ms.No.74, dtd.28.01.2019 for a further period of one year from the date of issue of these orders, for providing benefits of concessional registration fee and stamp duty to the remaining unregistered 7210 house plots (7110ld Plots + 6499 Plots in VAMBAY Scheme), adopting the concessional rate of Rs.100/-per square yard for the plot in case of allottee and alienee excluding the full value of structure existing if any, as a special Case.
6. The Commissioner and Inspector General, Registration & Stamps shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
