ORDER:

In the reference read above , the Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing , Andhra Pradesh , Guntur has informed that , the District Agri.Trade & Marketing Officer , West Godavari district has submitted the proposals vide Lr.No.E.No.1900970/ 2022 , dt : 12.12.2022 duly requesting to allot Ac.0.20 cents of vacant land at Srungavruksham for construction of Multi Purpose Facility. Center for the use of farmers .

TheCommissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing has also informed that , the Agricultural Market Committee , Undi is having one sub yard at Srungavruksham with an extent of 5.23 acres of which infrastructure facilities have created i.e. , 3 godowns of 600 MT capacity ; 2 No. covered sheds ; 4 No. open platform ; 1 office building and an extent of more than 0.50 cents of vacant land is available in the sub yard Srungavruksham of Agricultural Market Committee, Undi . Due to non availability of land , the sub yard Srungavruksham land has been identified for construction of Multi Purpose Facility Center Godowns for the use of farmers . Accordingly, the Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing has requested the Government to accord necessary permission to allot the Ac.0.20 cents of vacant land at Srungavruksham sub yard for construction of Multi Purpose Facility Center Godowns under the jurisdiction ofSrungavruksham Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies .

3. After careful examination of the proposal , Government hereby accord permission to the Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing , A.P , Guntur for allotment to an extent of Ac . 0.20 cents of vacant land at Srungavruksham sub yard for construction of Multi Purpose Facilitation Center Godowns under the jurisdiction of Srungavruksham Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies for the use of farmers .

4. TheCommissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing , A.P, Guntur shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
