ORDER:
In the G.O first read above , orders have been issued for constitution of Agricultural Market Committee , Salur , Vizianagaram District for a period of one year as per Section 6 ( 1 ) and also sub - sections ( 1 ) & ( 2) of Section 5 of Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act , 1966 .
2. In continuation of the G.O first read above and after examining the proposal of the C& DoAM second read above , Government hereby extend the term of the Agricultural Market Committee , Salur , Parvathipuram Manyam District for a further period of six months w.e.f. 07.01.2023 under section 6 ( 2) ofAndhra Pradesh ( Agricultural Produce & Livestock) Markets Act , 1966 .
3 . TheCommissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing , A.P , Guntur shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly .
