Read the following : - 1. From the Registrar , Dr.YSRHU , VR Gudem , letter No.6891 / Rev / Budget / 2022 , Dated: 09.05.2022 , 03.09.2022 & 17.11.2022. 2. G.O.Rt.No.936 , Finance ( FMU - A & C , AHDD & F , CS) Department , dated : 29.01.2023 .
ORDER : -
In the circumstances reported by the Registrar , Dr.YSR Horticultural University , Venkataramannagudem , West Godavari District in the letters 1st read above , and in pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O. 2nd read above , Government after careful examination of the matter , hereby accord administrative sanction to the Drawing & Disbursing Officer , Agriculture & Cooperation Department for an amount of Rs.23,26,41,000 / - (Rupees Twenty Three Crore Twenty Six Lakh and Forty One Thousand only ) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y. 2022-23 towards salaries and pensions of the Dr.YSR Horticultural University.
2. The amount sanctioned in para - 1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account mentioned in the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O. 2nd read above.
3. The Drawing & Disbursing Officer , Agriculture & Cooperation Department . shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly .
4. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance ( FMU- A & C , AHDD & F , CS ) Department vide their U.O.No : FINO1 - FMUORBAB ( AC ) / 5 / 2022- FMU- AC- CS - AH , dt : 30.01.2023 .
