ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above , the Government have issued orders for provisional allocation of posts relating to the Commissioner of Women & Child Welfare (HoD ) of the WD , C & DW Department Government including the Domestic Violence Cells in the State .
2. In the circumstances reported in the reference 2nd read above , Government after careful examination of the matter , hereby modify the orders issued in the reference 1st read above and accord permission to retain the staff of Domestic Violence Cells at erstwhile Districts & in - charge to the newly formed Districts till further orders , for effective implementation of the Protection of Women from the Domestic Violence Act - 2005 and for the speedy justice to the aggrieved women in the state of Andhra Pradesh .
3. The Director of Treasuries & Accounts is instructed to incorporate the required modifications in their records and honour the bills accordingly. The DTA & CEO , APCFSS are instructed to affect required changes in CFMS accordingly .
