Revenue ( DM ) Department Natural Calamities heavy rains Guntur District Vatticherukuru Mandal Smt .Annavarapu Yesamma W/o Padma Rao , R / o Kornepadu Village died due to "Collapse of mud - wall of hut " on 20.06.2015 Sanction of ex - gratia Rs.4.00 Lakhs ( Rupees Four lakhs only) to Sri A.Padma Rao , H /o Smt . A.Yesamma in lieu of death of his wife under SDRF norms Re validated Administrative Sanction Orders- Issued .

Read the following : - 1. G.O.Rt. No.71 , Revenue ( DM - 1 ) Department , Dated . 10.07.2020 .
2. From the District Collector , GunturLr.Rc. No.2790 / 2019 - D3 , Dated.30.08.2022 .
3. G.O.Rt.No.4365 , Finance ( FMU - Revenue ) Department ,Dt.30.12.2022 .
In the reference first read above the Government issued orders for sanction for an amount Rs.4.00 Lakhs to Sri.A. Padma Rao , H /o Annavarapu Yesamma , R /o Kornepadu Village, Vatticherukuru Mandal , Guntur District as his wife died to collapse of mud-wall of hutduring heavy rains , 2015 .
2. In the reference second read above , the District Collector , Guntur further submitted that, the Bill submitted to the Treasury was not honored by the CFMS Portal and forwarded to next financial year for fund clearance and displayed as " Year - end activity . The bill returned to DDO login and new bill with Token No.2021- 658056 is showing in CFMS login and the same was submitted to Treasury department on 23.09.2021 . The Bill submitted to the Treasury once again for sanction of payment . But , It was not honored by theCFMS and displayed as " insufficient Funds " . Finally , the District Collector requested to anamount of Rs.4.00 Lakhs to Sri A.Padma Rao H /o Annavarapu Yesamma as his wife died due to fall of mud - wall of hut during heavy rains , 2015 .
3. In the reference third read above , the Finance Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- ( Rupees Four lakh only ) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2022-23 towards sanction of ex- gratia to Sri A.Padma Rao H /o Annavarapu Yesamma R/ o Kornepadu Village , Vatticherukuru Mandal , Guntur District as his wife died due to fall of mud-wall of hut during heavy rains , 2015.
4. After consideration of the proposal of the District Collector , Guntur, Government hereby re- validate the orders issued in the G.O. 1st read above and accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.4,00,000/ - ( Four Lakhs only) towards payment of ex- gratia under SDRF norms during the current financial year to Sri . A.Padma Rao H / o Annavarapu Yesamma , R/ o Kornepadu Village , Vatticherukuru Mandal , Guntur District as his wife died due to fall of mud- wall of hut during heavy rains , 2015 .
5. Theamount sanctioned at para . (4 ) above shall be debited to the following Head of Account:
MJH 2245- Relief on account of Natural Calamities
SMJH 02 - Floods , Cyclones , etc.
Μ.Η 101- Gratuitous Relief
SH04 - Cash Doles
310 Grants -in -Aid
316- Payments to beneficiaries in natural calamities / notified events .

The District Collector , Guntur is requested to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (4 ) above to Sri.A.Padma Rao H /o Annavarapu Yesamma , R/ o Kornepadu Village , Vatticherukuru Mandal , Guntur District by the way of DBT system and to furnish the Utilization Certificate duly verified by the Andhra Pradesh State Audit to Revenue ( DM -Accounts ) Department for the amount released.
7. This order issued with reference to the BRO issued by the Finance Department in the reference third read above .
