In the circumstances reported by the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P , Vijayawada in the reference 2nd read above , Government after careful examination hereby transfer Smt.K.Jayasri Lakshmi , Staff Nurse , GHRC G.Mamidada , East Godavari District to 2
Government General Hospital Kakinada on medical grounds , in relaxation of ban on Transfers , Subject to condition that the individual is not eligible for T.T.A/ D.A and Joining Time .
2. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P , Vijayawada shall take further action in the matter accordingly .
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( HR.I - Plg . & Policy ) Department , vide their U.O.No.FIN01 - HR0PDPP ( TRPO )/ 28 / 2023 ( Computer No : 1978875) , dt.03.02.2023 .
