ORDER:

In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (FMU-A&C, AHDD&F, CS) Department in the G.O 1st read above and as per the request of the AHDD&F (AH.I) Department in the reference 2nd read

above, Government hereby accord Administrative Sanction to the Special Commissioner of Agriculture, A.P., Guntur for an amount of Rs.48,33,41,000/- (Rupees Forty eight crore thirty three lakh forty one thousand only) from the BE provision 2022-23 in relaxation of quarterly regulation towards clearing the pending payments related to Animal Husbandry Department under the Scheme "Rashtriya Krushi Vikas Yojana".

2. The Special Commissioner of Agriculture, Andhra Pradesh, Guntur is requested to transfer the amount to IA A/c of RKVY in Animal Husbandry Department, as detailed in the Budget Release Order 1st read above.

3. The Special Commissioner of Agriculture, Andhra Pradesh, Guntur, shall take further necessary action in the matter.
