NOTIFICATION
"In exercise of the powers conferred under Section (2) of the Kazis Act, 1880 (Central Act XII of 1880), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after consulting the Principal Muhammadan residents of local area, hereby extend the tenure of Sri Mumtazulafazil Qabil Moulana Virasat Ali, S/o Sri Moulvi Mukhtar Hussain Sahib, R/o Abbas Nagar Colony, Gangadhar Nellore Mandal, Chittoor District as Government Shia Kazi for Chittoor District for further period of three (3) years w.e.f 10.02.2023 to 09.02.2026 for performing Marriages of Muslim Community only".
The Collector and District Magistrate, Chittoor / the Chief Executive Officer, A.P. State Waqf Board, Vijayawada shall take necessary action accordingly.
