In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Section (6) of Section 9 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 (Act 2 of 1974), the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh hereby specifies that with effect on and from the date of the Officer posted assumes charge, the Additional Sessions Judge of Chittoor District, as sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.23, LAW (L, LA & J) Home (Courts-A) Department, dated 30.03.2022, shall sit at "Srikalahasti" and dispose of the Sessions Cases and other Criminal matters as are made over to him by the Sessions Judge, Chittoor District.
