ORDER: -
As per Section 13 ( 1 ) of the Andhra Pradesh Oil Palm ( Regulation of Production and Processing) Act , 1993 , the Government is empowered to fix the price of Oil Palm Fresh Fruit Bunches ( FFB ) or authorize the Oil Palm Commissioner to do so , subject to the guidelines issued from time to time .
2. The Commissioner of Horticulture , A.P. , Guntur in the letters read above , has requested the Government to take a suitable decision and issue orders fixing the Oil palm FFB Price Fixation Formula ( OER % and Nuts % ) for Oil year 2022-23 i.e. , from 1st November , 2022 to 31st October 2023 .
3 . Government after careful examination of the matter , hereby fix the Oil Extraction Ratio percentage ( OER % ) as 19.32 % and nuts percentage as 10.25% for the oil year 2022-23 , i.e. , from 1st November , 2022 to 31st October 2023 .
4. The Commissioner of Horticulture , A.P , Guntur , shall take further necessary action accordingly in the matter .
