Industries Board Employees (Recruitment and Service Conditions) Regulations, 1996.

2. ACcordingly, the following notification will be published in the next issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazette
NOTIFICATION
in exercise of the powers conferred under section 29 (1) of the Andhra Pradesh Khadi and village Industries Board Act, 1958 (A.P. Act IV of 1959), the Government hereby make the folowing amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Khadi and Village Industries Board Employees(Recruitment and Service Conditions) Regulations, 1996 issued in G.0.Ms.No.26,
Industries & Commerce (SES) Department Dated.29.01.1996, as subsequently amended:
AMENDMENTS
In the said regulations, in Annexure-II;
(a) In SI.No.15, in column (2) under Category 5(C), for the category of Junior
Inspector for the existing entries in columns (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted respectively, namely
Method of Recruitment (3)
By promotion from category b) Shall have a training certificate in any trade (Rural 6(C) i.e Palmgur Demonstrator Industries/Khadi Village Industries) from the
institutions recognized by the KVIC or KVIB.
c) Shall have successfully completed probation in the
lower cadre.
