NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 268 read with section 119 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (Act.No.13 of 1994), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Gram Panchayat (Erection of Telecommunication Towers) Rules, 2012 issued in G.O.Ms.No.334, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development (Pts.IV) Department, Dated: 9.10.2012 and amendment vide G.O.Ms.No.75, PR&RD (Pts.III) Department, Dated: 29.7.2015.
