ORDER :

In the circumstances reported by the Director of Medical Education , A.P. , Vijayawada in the letter read above , Government after careful examination , hereby accord to sanction an amount of Rs.1,80,000/ - 2

(Rupees One Lakhs and Eighty thousand only ) ( i.e. after imposing 10 % cut on admissible amount on account of treatment taken in an Un- recognized Hospital ) , incurred by Smt . D.Varalakshmi , Retd, Head Nurse , SVRRGGH , Tirupathi towards her self- treatment " METASTATIC CARCINOMA OESOPHAGUS " done during the period from 28-12-2021 to 12-04-2022 in " Sri Sankara Cancer Hospital , Bangalore " , which is un- recognized private hospital , in relaxation of APIMA Rules , 1972 .

2. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU.HM & FW ) Department , vide their U.O.No.FIN01 - FMU0PC ( HMF1 ) /81 / 2023 - FMU- HMFW ( C.No.1979918 ) , dated : 08-02-2023 .
