Jagadeesh Chandra Prasad , Forest Range Officer as compulsory wait in terms of FR 9 ( 6 ) b - Orders - Issued .

2) From the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , A.P. , Guntur , Lr.Ref.no.4881 / 2022 / HR - 1 ( ii ) , dated 05.07.2022 & 12.12.2022 .
ORDER : -
In the circumstances reported by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Andhra Pradesh , Guntur in the letter 2nd read above , Government after careful examination of the matter , hereby order to regularize the period from 13.12.2016 to 18.04.2017 (4 months and 7 days ) (127 days ) and from 23.10.2017 to 06.11.2017 ( 15 days ) , during which time Sri M. Jagadeesh Chandra Prasad , Forest Range Officer was waiting for posting orders , as compulsory wait under rule 9 ( 6) b of Fundamental Rules .
2. The officer is entitled to the pay and allowances to which he would have drawn had he been continued on duty , during the above period .
3. The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Andhra Pradesh , Mangalagiri shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( HR - IV - FR & LR ) Department vide their U.O.No.FIN01 - HR /224/2022 - HR - IV , dated 03.02.2023 (Computer No.1819873 ) .
