Establishment State Forest Service Year wise final seniority lists of State Forest Service ( SFS) Officers i.e. , Deputy Conservator of Forests as on 01.01.2020 , 01.01.2021 and 01.01.2022 Orders Issued .

ORDER:
The post of Deputy Conservator of Forests is constituted at Category -I , Class-A of Rule 2 of the Andhra Pradesh State Forest Service Rules . As per Rule 3 of the said Rules , the method of appointment to the post of Deputy Conservator of Forests is by promotion from the category of Assistant Conservator of Forests . As per the Indian Forest Service ( Recruitment ) Rules , 1966 , " State Forest Service " means any such service in a State , being a service connected with the Forestry and the Members having Gazetted Status . The year -wise seniority lists of State Forest Service Officers i.e. Deputy Conservator ofForests were finalized upto the year 2019 in the G.O. 4th read above .
2. Inletter 6th read above , the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Andhra Pradesh has furnished the year wise provisional seniority lists of Deputy Conservator of Forests ( SFS ) as on 01.01.2020 , 01.01.2021 and 01.01.2022 for taking further action in the matter .
3. After careful consideration of the proposal of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF, Andhra Pradesh in the light of the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Forest Service Rules and Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules and also orders issued from time to time in the matter , Government have approved the provisional year - wise seniority lists of Deputy Conservator of Forests ( SFS ) as on 01.01.2020 , 01.01.2021 and 01.01.2022 vide Memo . 7th read above and decided to communicate them to the concerned for making representations , if any , against the provisional seniority , before finalization . Further , the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Andhra Pradesh was permitted to keep the provisional seniority lists in the Department website forthwith and the said communication shall be treated as deemed communication to all the officers concerned .
(Ρ.Τ.Ο) 4. Inthe letter 8th read above , the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF, Andhra Pradesh placed the provisional seniority lists in the Departmental website and requested all the State Forest Service Officers i.e. Deputy Conservator of Forests concerned to furnish objections , if any , on the year wise provisional seniority lists .
5. In the letter 9th read above , the . Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Andhra Pradesh has stated that no objections have been received from any Deputy Conservator of Forests within the stipulated time . As such , he has requested to communicate the final seniority lists of Deputy Conservator of Forests ( SFS ) as on 01.01.2020 , 01.01.2021 and 01.01.2022 in the matter . No objections have been received from any Deputy Conservator of Forests in Government also .
6. After careful examination of the matter , Government hereby approve the year wise final seniority of the State Forest Service Officers i.e. , Deputy Conservator of Forests as on 01.01.2020 , 01.01.2021 , 01.01.2022 and appended as Annexure - I to this order , subject to outcome of OAs / W.Ps / W.As/R.Ps / C.As/SLPs etc. , if any , pending before the Hon'ble Courts .
