ORDER: -
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Horticulture , A.Ρ. , Guntur in the reference 1st read above and in pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O. 2nd read above , Government after careful examination of the matter , hereby accord administrative sanction to the Commissioner of Horticulture , A.P. , for an amount of Rs.37,91,96,000 / - ( Rupees Thirty Seven Crore Ninety One Lakh and Ninety Six Thousand only) from the Budget Estimates provision 2022-23 in relaxation of quarterly regulation towards implementation of "Per Drop More Crop " under the Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana ( RKVY - RAFTAAR) for the year 2022-23 as 2nd installment . The amount shall be adjusted to Single Nodal Account ( SNA) M / s 9347 PFMS SNA AGC PMKSY AP12 of PMSKY - PDMC A/ c No : 013412010000299 , IFSC Code: UBIN0801348 of Horticulture Department .
2. The amount sanctioned in para - 1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account mentioned in the Budget Release Order issued in the reference 2nd read above .
3. The Commissioner of Horticulture , A.P. , Guntur shall take further necessary action accordingly in the matter .
4. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (FMU.A& C , AHDD & F , CS ) Department vide their U.O.No:FINO1-FMUOBES(AC)/10/2022- FMU - AC - CS - AH , dt : 13.02.2023 .
