In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner , A.P.Vaidya Vidhana Parishad , Vijayawada in the reference 3rd cited , Government after careful examination of the matter hereby Transfer Smt.I.Vara kumari , 2
Staff Nurse working on contract basis from Area Hospital , Kandukur , Prakasam District to District Hospital , Tenali , Guntur District on humanitarian grounds in relaxation of ban on Transfers , Subject to condition that the individuals are not eligible for T.T.A/ D.A and joining time .
2 . The Commissioner , A.P.Vaidya Vidhana Parishad , Vijayawada shall take further action in the matter accordingly .
