No.155/AP-LC/2023 (1):- In pursuance of the provisions of the Section 21 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951) and in supersession of its existing notification No.155/AP- LC/2015(1), dated 05th June, 2015, as amended from time to time, for appointment of Returning Officers for Council Constituencies in Andhra Pradesh, the Election Commission of India hereby designates, in consultation with the Government of Andhra Pradesh, the officers of Government, specified in column (2) of the Table below, as Returning Officers of the Council Constituencies in the State of Andhra Pradesh, specified in column (1) of the said Table against such officer of 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [PART-V
