ORDER :
In the G.O. third read above , Government have re - casted the earlier orders issued vide G.O. first read above in respect of the panel year 2004-05 duly including Sri A.V.Subrahmanyam , I / c SE( PR) (Retd . ) in the panel of DEE for considering promotion to the post of Executive Engineer and ordered as annexed to the order . The Engineer- in - Chief, Panchayat Raj , A.P. was requested to take further action accordingly and furnish necessary review DPC proposals to Government for taking further action in the matter .
2. In the reference 4th read above , the Engineer - in- Chief, Panchayat Raj , A.P. has submitted review DPC proposals in respect of Sri A.V.Subrahmanyam , I / c . SE( PR) ( Retd. ) for notional promotion to the post of Superintending Engineer for the panel year 2016-17 .
3. In the reference 5th read above , the General Administration ( Ser.E) Department have been requested to place the matter before the Screening Committee for its review and recommendations .
4. In the reference 6th read above , the General Administration ( Ser.E) Department have informed that the proposal for consideration of the name of Sri A.V. Subrahmanyam , I / c . SE ( PR) ( Retd) for inclusion in the panel of EE for the panel year 2016-17 have been circulated among the members and Chairman of the Committee . The Committee have reviewed the matter and informed that the individual is eligible for notional promotion in the category of Superintending Engineer , PR & RD Dept. on par with his junior and accordingly recommended for inclusion of his name in the panel of Executive Engineer , PR for notional promotion to the category of Superintending Engineer , PR for the panel year 2016-17 , above the name of Sri Balu Naik and below the name of Sri E.Manikyam duly relegating the name of Sri M.Krishna Reddy ( Sl.No.10) from the panel , in terms of G.O.Ms.No.62 , GA( Ser.A) Dept. , Dt.08.02.1989 , duly modifying the orders issued in the reference 2nd read above.
5. After careful examination of the matter, Government have decided to approve the recommendations of the Screening Committee . Accordingly , the recommendation of the Screening Committee for recasting the panel year 2016-17 is hereby approved .
(Ρ.Τ.Ο) Superintending Engineer , PR for the panel year 2016-17 , above the name of Sri Balu Naik and below the name of Sri E.Manikyam by relegating the name of Sri M.Krishna Reddy ( Sl.No.10 ) from the panel , as annexed to this order .
7 . The above orders are subject to correction of errors if any occurred inadvertently which may be noticed / found subsequently , in terms of para( 13 ) (a) of the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.187 , GAD , dt: 25.04.1985 and are subject to the directions / outcome of OAs / WPS / SLPS / RPs /CAsetc. , if any pending before Hon'ble Tribunal / Courts etc.
8. The Engineer- in- Chief, PR , AP , Vijayawada shall take further action accordingly .
