ABSTRACT
Revenue (DM) Department - Natural Calamities - Thunderbolt Death - Kurnool District , Mantralayam Mandal , Rachumarri Village Sri Harijana Suresh , S/o Harijana Vemanna died on 16.04.2022 due to fall of thunderbolt Sanction of Ex- gratia @ Rs.4.00 Lakhs ( Rupees Four Lakhs only ) under SDRF norms to Sri Harijana Vemanna, father of the deceased Harijana Suresh - Administrative Sanction Orders - issued .

ORDER: -
Inthe reference first read above , the District Collector , Kurnool while forwarding the proposals received from Revenue Divisional Officer , Kurnool requested for sanction ofex- gratia of Rs.4.00 lakhs under SDRF norms to Sri Harijana Vemanna , father of the deceased Harijana Suresh , R/o . Rachumarri Village of Mantralayam Mandal , Kurnool District , who died on 16.04.2022 due to fall of thunderbolt.
2. In the reference second read above , the Finance Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.20,00,000/- ( Rupees Four twenty lakhs only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2022-23 towards sanction of ex- gratia to the next kins of certain deceased persons due to thunder bolt in Kakinada and Kurnool districts .
3. After consideration of the proposal of the District Collector , Kurnool , Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.4.00 Lakhs towards payment of ex- gratia under SDRF norms to Sri Harijana Vemanna , father of Harijana Suresh , who died due to fall of thunderbolt on 16.04.2022 .
4. The amount sanctioned at para . (3 ) above shall be debited to the following Head ofAccount:
MJH - 2245- Relief on account of Natural Calamities
SMJH - 02 - Floods , Cyclones etc. ,
MH 101 -Gratuitous Relief
SH ( 04) Cash Doles
310Grants -in -Aid
316- Payments to beneficiaries in natural calamities / notified events .

5. TheDistrict Collector , Kurnool District is requested to draw and disburse the amountsanctioned in para ( 3 ) above to the legal heirs of the deceased by the way of Direct Beneficiary Transfer system and to furnish the Consolidated Utilization Certificates duly verified by the Andhra Pradesh State Audit to Revenue ( DM- Accounts) Department for the amount released .
6. Thisorder issued with reference to the BRO issued by the Finance Department in the reference second read above .
