Development of Sericulture Scheme Issued . Administrative sanction Orders AGRICULTURE & COOPERATION ( H & S ) DEPARTMENT

Read the following: - 1.From the Commissioner of Sericulture , A.P. , Guntur , Letter Rc.No.AGC01-15046 / 1 / 2022- PLG SEC- CSER dt : 03.06.2022 & 18.08.2022 .
2. G.O.Rt.No. 1034 , Finance ( FMU - A & C , AHDD & F , CS ) Department , dated : 15.02.2023 .
ORDER : -
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Sericulture , A.P. , Guntur in the reference 1st read above and in pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued in the reference 2nd read above , Government after careful examination of the matter , hereby accord administrative sanction to the Commissioner of Sericulture , A.P. , Guntur for an amount of Rs.75,78,000 / - (Rupees Seventy Five Lakh and Seventy Eight Thousand only ) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y. 2022-23 towards clearing of pending bills to avoid legal complications .
2. The amount sanctioned in para - 1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account mentioned in the Budget Release Order issued in the reference 2nd read above .
3. The Commissioner of Sericulture , A.P. , Guntur shall take further necessary action accordingly in the matter .
4. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance ( FMU - A & C , AHDD & F , CS ) Department vide their U.O.No:FINO1-FMUOASD(AC)/60/2022- FMU - AC - CS - AH , dt : 15.02.2023 .
