ORDER :
Government after careful examination of the matter hereby transfer Smt.M.Hemavathamma , Nursing Superintendent Grade - II , Government Regional Eye Hospital , Kurnool & Smt.V.Jayamma , Nursing Superintendent Grade - II , Government General Hospital , Kadapa on mutual basis on spouse grounds in relaxation of ban on Transfers , Subject 2
to condition that the individuals are not eligible for T.T.A/ D.A and joining time.
2. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P. , Vijayawada shall take further action in the matter accordingly .
