ORDER: -
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Horticulture , A.P. , Guntur in the reference 1st read above and in pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O. 2nd read above , Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord administrative sanction to the Commissioner of Horticulture , A.P. , for an amount of Rs.208,44,71,000 / - ( Rupees Two Hundred and Eight Crore Forty Four Lakh and Seventy One Thousand only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y. 2022-23 towards implementation of " Per Drop More Crop " under the Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana ( RKVY - RAFTAAR) for the year 2022-23 as 2nd installment . The amount shall be adjusted to Single Nodal Account ( SNA) M / s 9347 PFMS SNA AGC PMKSY AP12 of PMSKY- PDMC A / c No : 013412010000299 , IFSC Code : UBIN0801348 of Horticulture Department.
2 . The amount sanctioned in para - 1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account mentioned in the Budget Release Order issued in the reference 2nd read above .
3 . The Commissioner of Horticulture , A.P. , Guntur shall take further necessary action accordingly in the matter .
4. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (FMU.A & C , AHDD & F , CS ) Department vide their U.O.No:FINO1-FMUOBES(AC)/10/2022- FMU - AC - CS - AH , dt : 13.02.2023 .
