ORDER:
In the G.O. 1st read above, Government have accorded administrative sanctioned to the work of "Formation of New tank across Gajuleru near Challampalli H/o Ganugachinta (V) in Rompicherla (M) of Chittoor District" for an amount of Rs.947.00 lakhs under the Head of Account of "4702 COL on M.I. - MH (101) - Surface Water- GH (11) NSP SH (12) Construction & Restoration of Minor Irrigation Sources-530 Major Works 53 Other Expenditure.
2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Chief Engineer, Minor & MediumIrrigation, Vijayawada has submitted the proposal for according revised administrative approval for the work of "Formation of New tank across Gajuleru near Challampalli H/o Ganugachinta (V) in Rompicherl (M) of Chittoor District" for an amount of Rs.18,58,94,128/- (Land Acquisition- Rs.8,92,82,128/- and Work portion with preliminaries Rs.9,66,12,000/-).
3. Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord revised administrative sanction to the work of "Formation of New tank across Gajuleru near Challampalli H/o Ganugachinta (V) in Rompicherla (M) of Chittoor District" for an amount of Rs.18,58,94,128/- (Rupees Eighteen crores Fifty Eight lakhs Ninety Four thousand One hundred Twenty Eight only), subject to condition to ensure completion & settlement of the LA issues, before initiating the works to avoid additional burden on exchequer towards LA compensation.
4. The Chief Engineer, Minor & Medium Irrigation, Vijayawada shall ensure correctness of provisions proposed in the Revised Estimate, before according technical sanction.
5. The above expenditure shall be debited to the following Head of Accounts:

7. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU-WR.I) Department vide their U.O No FIN01-FMU0ASD(WR1)/6/2021-FMU-WR-I , Dated:31.01.2023.
