APPOINTMENT OF Sri SYED IRFAN, S/o Sri ABDUL KHADER, KANIGIRI TOWN, PRAKASAM DISTRICT AS GOVERNMENT KAZI FOR KANIGIRI DIVISION, PRAKASAM DISTRICT, IN ADDITION TO THE EXISTING KAZIS, INITIALLY FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS FOR PERFORMING MARRIAGES OF MUSLIM COMMUNITY ONLY.

NOTIFICATION
"In exercise of the powers conferred under Section (2) of the Kazis Act, 1880 (Central Act XII of 1880), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after consulting the Principal Muhammadan residents of local area, hereby appoint Sri Syed Irfan, S/o Abdul Khader, Kanigiri Town, Prakasam District as Government Kazi for Kanigiri Division, Prakasam District, in addition to the existing Kazis, initially for a period of three (3) years for performing Marriages of Muslim Community only for performing Marriages of Muslim Community only".
The Collector and District Magistrate, Prakasam District / the Chief Executive Officer, A.P. State Waqf Board, Vijayawada shall take necessary action accordingly.
