KHASIM KHAN, ISLAMPETA, KANDUKUR TOW N &MANDAL, SPSR NELLORE DISTRICT AS GOVERNMENT KAZI FOR THE MASJIDS IN KANDUKUR TOW N ON NORTH SIDE OF OV ROAD AND MASJIDS IN VILLAGES i.e., KOVURU, KONDIKANDUKURU,VIKKIRALAPETA, PANDALAPADU, JILLEALAMUDI, PALUKURU AND OTHER VILLAGES OF KANDUKUR MANDAL OF SPSR NELLORE DISTRICT,, INITIALLY FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS FOR PERFORMING MARRIAGES OF MUSLIM COMMUNITY ONLY.

NOTIFICATION
"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section-2 of the Kazis Act, 1880 (Central Act XII of 1880), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after consulting the Principal Muhammadans residents of local area, hereby appoint Sri Pathan Mohammad Yasin, S/o Sri P. Khasim Khan, Islampeta, Kandukur Town &Mandal, SPSR Nellore District as Government Kazi for the Masjids in Kandukur Town on North side of OV Road and Masjids in villages i.e., Kovuru, Kondikandukuru,Vikkiralapeta, Pandalapadu, Jillealamudi, Paiukuru and other villages of Kandukur Mandal of SPSR Nellore District, initially for a period of three (3) years for performing Marriages of Muslim Community only.
The District Collector, SPSR Nellore District / the Chief Executive Officer, Andhra Pradesh State Waqf Board, Vijayawada / shall take necessary action accordingly.
