Read: -From the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , A.P. , Guntur, Lr.Ref. No. 7538 /2022/ A & P - 3 , dated 02.01.2023 .
ORDER :
In the letter read above , the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF, Andhra Pradesh has reported that Smt . Y. V. Subbarathnamma W/ o . Late Y.V. Subbaiah , Office Subordinate , O/o Divisional Forest Officer , Rajampet (Wildlife) Division submitted the medical bills for Rs.2,16,332/ - towards treatment for herself for " L1 VERTEBRAL FRACTURE NON UNION " in VS Super specialty Hospital , Chennai from 10.08.2021 to 12.08.2021 . The bills along with Essentiality Certificate & Emergency Certificate were directly sent to the Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust , Guntur . The Chief Executive Officer , Dr.YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust , Guntur has furnished the net admissible amount as Rs.1,08,234/ - for the treatment period from 10.08.2021 to 12.08.2021 duly deducting the inadmissible amount as per G.O.Ms. No.74 , Н.М & F.W ( K1 ) Dept. , dated 15.03.2005 and informed that the claim may be allowed on getting the relaxation orders from the Government , since the treatment was taken in an Un - recognized Private Hospital . The PCCF & HoFF , A.P. has requested to accord sanction for the above medical reimbursement to the individual .
2. After careful examination of the matter , Government hereby sanction an amount of Rs.1,08,234/ - ( Rupees One Lakh Eight Thousand Two Hundred and Thirty Four only) to Smt . Y. V. Subbarathnamma W/ o . Late Y.V. Subbaiah , Office Subordinate , O/ o Divisional Forest Officer , Rajampet (Wildlife) Division towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred for her treatment , in relaxation of A.P.I.M.A. Rules , 1972.
3. The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Andhra Pradesh , Mangalagiri shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly . The medical bills/ documents received through the letter read above are returned herewith in original .
4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU - HM & FW) Department vide their U.O.No.FIN01 - FMU0PC ( HMF1 )/ 87/ 2023 - FMU - HMFW , dated 09.02.2023 ( Computer No.1981319 ) .
