Read the following: -
1) From the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Andhra Pradesh , Guntur ,Lr.Ref.no.6385 / 2022/ A& P -3 , dated 02.09.2022 .
2) U.O. No.EFS01 - FRSTOFSER / 214 / 2022 - SEC.V, Note dated 14.10.2022 .
3) U.O. Note No.46023 /AR / 2020 , General Administration (AR ) Department , dated 01.02.2023.
ORDER :
In the letter 1st read above , the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF, Andhra Pradesh has reported that Sri M. Subrahmanyam , Dy. Conservator of Forests ( Retd . , ) , Social Forestry Division , Chittoor submitted the medical bills for Rs.9,43,000/- ( Rupees Nine Lakh Forty Three Thousand only ) towards his wife's treatment for "ACIUTE ON CKD UTI SEPSIS VOLUME OVERLOADC HEPATITIS MULTIFOCAL ENCEPHALOPATHY NCSE OSA ESO CANDIDIAS " in Sunshine Hospital , Hyderabad from 19.02.2022 to 16.03.2022 , as in - patient . The bills along with Essentiality Certificate & Emergency Certificate were directly sent to the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust , Guntur for scrutiny . The Chief Executive Officer , Dr. YSR Arogyasri Health Care Trust , Guntur has furnished admissibility report for Rs.7,74,260/ - ( Rupees Seven Lakh Seventy Four Thousand Two Hundred and Sixty only ) but the claim was limited to Rs.1,00,000/ - ( Rupees One Lakh only ) as per the package rates . Accordingly, the net admissible amount of Rs.1.00 Lakh was sanctioned through the PCCF & HoFF , A.P. , Guntur , letter , dated 20.07.2022 .
2. Further , the applicant , through Chief Conservator of Forests , Ananthapuramu circle , Ananthapuramu has requested for sanction of the balance amount of Rs.6,74,260/ - . The PCCF & HOFF , A.P. has requested to issue necessary approvals for sanction of additional amount of Rs.6,74,260/ - (Rupees Six Lakh Seventy Four Thousand Two Hundred and Sixty only ) to theindividual , thereby sanctioning the total admissible amount .
3. In the U.O. Note 2nd read above , necessary proposals have been sent to General Administration (AR ) Department for placing before the Standing Committee of Officers for its recommendation .
4. In the U.O. Note 3rd read above , the Standing Committee of Officers in the meeting held on 18.01.2023 has recommended for sanction of Rs.3,50,000/ - ( Rupees Three Lakh Fifty Thousand only ) (In addition to Rs.1,00,000 / - already sanctioned ) .
(Ρ.Τ.Ο) 5. After careful consideration , the Government hereby sanction an amount of Rs.3,50,000/- ( Rupees Three Lakh Fifty Thousand only ) (Inaddition to Rs.1,00,000/ - already sanctioned ) to Sri M. Subrahmanyam , Dy. Conservator of Forests ( Retd. ) , Social Forestry Division , Chittoor towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred for his wife's treatment , in relaxation of A.P.I.M.A. Rules , 1972 .
6. The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Andhra Pradesh , Mangalagiri shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly . The medical bills / documents received through the letter 1st read above are returned herewith in original .
7. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU.HM & FW ) Department vide their U.O.No.FMU0PC ( HMF2 ) / 550 / 2022 , dated 22.09.2022 (Computer No.1846607) .
