Rules , 1972 - Accorded .

Read : From the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , A.P. , Guntur , Lr.Ref . No.10421/2022/A & P - 3 , dated 01.01.2023 .
ORDER :
In the letter read above , the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Andhra Pradesh , Guntur has reported that Sri K. Chalapathi Rao . Accounts Officer , O/ o the PCCF & HoFF , A.P. submitted medical bills for Rs.66,060/ - towards his mother's treatment for " CIRRHOSIS WITH PORTAL HTN WITH VARICEAL BLEED " in Amrutha Hospital , Kakinada from 04.11.2022 to 08.11.2022 . The bills along with Essentiality Certificate & Emergency Certificate were directly sent to the Chief Executive Officer . Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust , Guntur. The Chief Executive Officer , Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust , Guntur has furnished the net admissible amount as Rs.42,796/ - for the treatment period from 04.11.2022 to 08.11.2022 duly deducting the inadmissible amount as per G.O.Ms.No.74, dated 15.03.2005 and informed that the claim may be allowed on getting the relaxation orders from the Government , since the treatment was taken in an un - recognized private hospital . The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , A.P. has requested to issue necessary orders for sanction of above amount towards reimbursement of medical expenses to the individual .
2. After careful examination of the matter , Government hereby sanction an amount of Rs.42,796/ - ( Rupees Forty Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety Six only) as suggested by scrutiny authority to Sri K.Chalapathi Rao , Accounts Officer , O/ o the PCCF & HoFF , A.P. towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred for his mother's treatment , in relaxation of Α.Ρ.Ι.Μ.Α. Rules , 1972 .
3. The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Andhra Pradesh , Mangalagiri shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly . The medical bills / documents received through the letter read above are returned herewith in original .
4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU - HM & FW ) Department vide their U.O.No.FIN01 - FMU0PC ( HMF1 ) /49 / 2023 - FMU - HMFW , dated 08.02.2023 ( Computer No.1964457) .
