E.F.S. & T. DEPT . A.P.I.M.A. Rules , 1972 Medical reimbursement - Sanction of Rs.16,923/ - ( Rupees Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty Three only ) to Sri V. Konda Naik , Superintendent , Office of the PCCF & HoFF , A.P. towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred for his father's treatment , in relaxation of A.P.I.M.A. Rules , 1972 Accorded.

Read: From the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , A.P. , Guntur , Lr.Rc.No.5892/ 2019/A &P3 ( ii ) , dated 09.01.2023.
ORDER:
In the letter read above , the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Andhra Pradesh has reported that Sri V. Konda Naik , Superintendent , O/o . PCCF & HoFF , A.P. submitted the medical bills for Rs.24,059/ - towards his father's treatment for Paralyses and Diabetics in " Syamala Nursing Home " , Chilakaluripet from 04.10.2022 to 10.10.2022, along with essentiality certificate & emergency certificate , which were directly sent to the Government General Hospital , Guntur for scrutiny and for admissibility report . The Superintendent , Government General Hospital , Guntur has furnished the net admissibility for Rs.18,803/ - ( Rupees Eighteen Thousand Eight Hundred and Three only) duly deducting the inadmissible amount as per G.O.Ms.No.74 , dated 15.3.2005 and informed that the claim may be allowed on getting the relaxation orders from Government , since the treatment was taken in un - recognised private Hospital . ThePrincipal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , A.P. has requested to issue relaxation and necessary orders for sanction of above medical reimbursement to the individual .
2. After careful examination of the matter , Government hereby sanction an amount of Rs.16,923/ - ( Rupees Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty Three only ) (after imposing 10 % cut on admissible amount of Rs.18.803/ - ) to Sri V. Konda Naik , Superintendent , Office of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF . A.P. towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred for his father's treatment , in relaxation of A.P.I.M.Α. Rules , 1972 .
3 . The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Andhra Pradesh , Mangalagiri shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly . The medical bills/ documents received through the letter read above are returned herewith inoriginal .
4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU - HM & FW) Department vide their U.O.No.FIN01 - FMUOPC ( HMF1 ) / 61/ 2023 - FMU - HMFW , dated 08.02.2023 ( Computer No.1969085 ) .
