Revenue ( DM) Department Natural Calamities Thunderbolt Deaths SPSR Nellore District Sri Veerella Narasimham S / o Narasaiah , R/ o . H.No.1-92, Chintaladevi , Kondapuram Mandal , SPSR Nellore District died on 26.09.2015 due to fall of thunderbolt - Sanction of Ex - gratia Rs.4.00 Lakhs ( Rupees Four Lakhs only ) to Smt Veerella Padma W/o the deceased Veerella Narasimham under SDRF norms - Administrative Sanction Orders - Issued .

ORDER : -
In the reference second read above , the District Collector , SPSR Nellore has requested for sanction of ex-gratia of Rs.4.00 lakhs ( Rupees Four lakhs only ) to Smt. Veerella Padma , R / o . Chintaladevi , Kondapuram Mandal , SPSR Nellore District as herhusband Veerella Narasimham died on 26.09.2015 due to fall of thunderbolt.
2. In the reference fourth read above , the Finance Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- ( Rupees Four lakhs only ) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2022-23 towards sanction of financial assistance to Smt Veerella Padma W/o the deceased Veerella Narasimham , R/ o Chintaladevi , Kondapuram Mandal , SPSR Nellore District .
3. After consideration of the proposal of the District Collector , SPSR Nellore, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.4.00 Lakhs towards payment of ex - gratia to Smt Veerella Padma W/o deceased Veerella Narasimham under SDRF norms .
4. The amount sanctioned at para . ( 3) above shall be debited to the following Head of Account:
MJH - 2245- Relief on account of Natural Calamities .
SMJH - 02 Floods , Cyclones etc. ,

5. The District Collector , SPSR Nellore is requested to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para ( 3) above to the legal heirs of the deceased by the way of Direct Beneficiary Transfer system and to furnish the Consolidated Utilization Certificate duly verified by the Andhra Pradesh State Audit to Revenue ( DM- Accounts) Department for the amount released .
