ORDER: -
In the circumstances reported by the Director , Women Development & Child Welfare Dept. , Guntur in the reference read above and after careful examination of the entire matter , Government hereby accord permission to continue the services of TCS for a period of one year or until the establishment of in house IT team . Permission is also given to establish an in house IT unit in WD & CW department with 16 IT professionals with an estimated initial cost of Rs.1,65,40,000 / - ( Rupees One Crore Sixty Five Lakh and Forty Thousand only ) per year . The team may be hired through APCFSS / RTG /APTS . The expenditure may be met from the scheme of Poshan Abhiyaan .
2. The Director , Women Development & Child Welfare Department , A.P. , Guntur shall take necessary action in the matter .
3. This order is issued with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU.WD & CW , LFB & IMS & H ) Department vide their Fin.U.O.No.FIN01 - FMU0PC ( WCDS ) / 8 / 2022 - FMU - WDCWLET FH , dated : 20th February 2023 .
