ORDER:
In the reference 1 read above, instructions were issued for Monitoring Loans and
Guarantees given by the State Government to various Corporations and other institutions as
follows:
"As far as Guarantees are concerned, afier all formalities of sanctions are completed by the concerned department, the guarantee deed will be executed by the Additional
Secretary to Government, Finance and Planning (Finance Wing-Budget) department. An explicit mention to this effect will be made in the G.0. sanctioning the guarantee. A
Standard guarantee proforma will be evolved in consultation with the Law Department which will be fjurnished to all Departments in due course. Any guarantee singed by any
other Department/Oficer will not be construed as guarantee binding the government in
the proposed action.
In the reference 3 read above, orders were issued promoting Sri K. Adinarayana,
Additional Secretary to Government as Special Secretary to Government (Non-Cadre),
Finance Department
Accordingly, after careful examination of the matter Government hereby authorised
