ORDER : -
In the G.O. 1st read above , orders have been issued for creation of new Department i.e. , " Department of Economically Weaker Sections ( EWS) Welfare " with A.P. Reddy Welfare and Development Corporation , A.P. Kamma Welfare and Development Corporation , A.P. Brahmin Welfare Corporation , A.P. Kshatriya Welfare and Development Corporation , A.P. Kapu Welfare and Development Corporation and A.P State Arya Vysya Welfare and Development Corporation .
2. In the G.O. 2nd read above , amendment has been made to the First Schedule of the Andhra Pradesh Government Business Rules , 2018 for including Department of Economically Weaker Sections ( EWS ) Welfare in I.First Schedule, " List of Departments " , under V. Welfare Sector , after the entry (5) Housing Department .
3. In G.O. 3rd read above, the Andhra Pradesh State Economically Backward Classes Welfare and Development Corporation has been included into the Department of Economically Weaker Sections ( EWS ) Welfare.
4. Inexercise of the powers conferred by the clauses (2 ) and (3 ) of the Article 166 of the Constitution of India , the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Government Business Rules , 2018 : -
AMENDMENTS
In the said rules , under II.Second Schedule , " Distribution of Subjects " , in V. Welfare Sector , after Chapter V.5 . Housing Department , the following shall be added , namely,
