ORDER :
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Medical Education , A.P. , Vijayawada in the reference read above , Government after careful examination of the matter and hereby accord sanction for an amount 2
of Rs.1,35,000/- ( Rupees One Lakh Thirty Five Thousand Only ) ( i.e. after imposing 10 % cut on admissible amount on account of treatment taken in an Un - recognized Hospital ) , to Smt . A.Sravanthi , Staff Nurse , Govt . General Hospital , Guntur towards treatment of her Son for " RSV PNEUMONIA " at Mehta Multispeciality Hospitals India Pvt . Ltd. , Chenna , which is an un- recognized hospital during the period from 08.09.2021 to 18.09.2021 in relaxation of APIMA Rules , 1972
2. The amount sanctioned at para ( 1 ) above shall be debited to the relevant head of account .
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU.HM & FW ) Department , vide their U.O.No.FIN01 - FMU0PC ( HMF1 ) / 122/ 2023 ( Comp No.1995986 ) , dated : 21-02-2023 .
