NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH ABSTRACT
Revenue (DM) Department - Natural Calamities - Mandous Cyclone/Floods / Heavy Rains December 2022 sanction of input subsidy of Rs.76,98,70,000/- ( Rupees Seventy six croreninety eight lakh seventy thousand only) to the farmers whose crops were damaged due to Mandous Cyclone/ Floods/Heavy rains during December 2022 Administrative sanction accorded - Orders Issued.

ORDER: -
In the reference second read above , the Special Commissioner of Agriculture , Andhra Pradesh, Guntur have submitted the consolidated input subsidy proposals of Agriculture and Horticulture crops for sanction of Rs.76,98,70,440/- to the farmers whose crops were damaged due to Mandous Cyclone / Floods / Heavy rains during the month of December, 2022 .
2. In the reference third read above , the Finance Department has issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.76,98,70,000/ - ( Rupees Seventy six crore ninety eight lakh seventy thousand only ) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants atan appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2022-2023 towards input subsidy to the farmers whose agriculture and Horticulture crops were damaged due to Mandous Cyclone/ Floods / Heavy Rains in the month of December , 2022 .
3. After consideration of the proposal received from the Special Commissioner of Agriculture , Andhra Pradesh , Guntur, Government , hereby accord administrative sanction for anamount of Rs. 76,98,70,000/ - ( Rupees Seventy Six crore Ninety Eight lakh Seventy thousand only) towards input subsidy to the farmers whose crops were damaged due to MandousCyclone/ Floods /Heavy rains in the month of December 2022 .
4. Account: - The sanctioned amount in para . ( 3 ) above shall be debited to the following Head of "M.J.H. 2245 - Relief on Account of Natural Calamities
S.M.J.H. 02 Floods , Cyclones etc. ,
Μ.Η. 101 Gratuitous Relief
S.H. 09- Supply of Seeds , Fertilisers & Agricultural Implements
D.H. 310Grants- in-Aid
Sub D.H.316 Payments to beneficiaries in Calamities / Notified Events . "
5. TheSpecial Commissioner of Agriculture , Andhra Pradesh , Guntur is authorized to draw an amount of Rs 66,57,13,000/- (Rupees Sixty six crore fifty seven lakh thirteen thousand only) and disburse the amount to the affected framers by the way of Direct Benefit Transfer System and furnish the consolidated utilization certificates duly verified by the Andhra Pradesh State Audit Authorities for the amount released .

6. The Commissioner of Horticulture , Andhra Pradesh , Guntur is authorized to draw anamount of Rs . 10,41,57,000/- ( Rupees Ten crore forty one lakh fifty seven thousand only) and disburse the amount to the affected framers by the way of Direct Benefit Transfer System and furnish the consolidated utilization certificates duly verifiedby the Andhra Pradesh State Audit Authorities for the amount released.
7. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU - REV) Department vide their FMUORBAB ( REV) / 1 /2023 , Computer No. 1999518 , dt.26.02.2023 .
