1. G.O.Rt.No.1054, Finance (FMU – Water Resources – I) Department, dated: 18.02.2023.
2. From Commissioner, CADA, WRD, Vijayawada, Lr. No.Com/CAD/APILIP-II/AEE-2/BRO/Administrative sanction, dated: 21.02.2023.

O R D E R:
2022-23 towards meeting the expenditure under JICA-APILIP-II and requested the Water Resources Department to take necessary action for issue of administrative sanction as per instructions issued in U.O.Note No.29875-A/1283/A1/BG.I/2006, Finance (BG.I) Department, dt.25.11.2006.
2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner, CADA, Vijayawada has requested the Government to issue Administrative Sanction orders for G.O.Rt. No. 1054 Finance (FMU-Water Resources- I), Department, dated: 18.02.2023 to process the bills of PMU under APILIP-II project.
3. In pursuance of the orders issued in G.O. 1st read above, and after careful examination of the request of the Commissioner, CADA, Vijayawada, the Government hereby accord Administration Sanction for an amount of Rs. 2, 67, 13,000/- (Rupees Two crore sixty seven lakh and thirteen thousand only) to the Commissioner, CADA, Vijayawada from the BE provision 2022-23 towards meeting the expenditure under JICA-APILIP-II.
4. The amount sanctioned at para (3) above shall be debited to the Head of accounts mentioned in B.R.O. issued vide G.O. 1st read above.
5. The Commissioner, CADA, Water Resources Department, Vijayawada shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
