ABSTRACT
Revenue ( DM) Department Natural Calamities Heavy Rains ( Cloud Burst) Nandyal District Sanction of Rs . 13,50,550/- ( Rupees Thirteen lakh fifty thousand five hundred and fifty only) towards expenditure incurred for providing food , organizing relief camps to the affected families at the time of heavy rains occurred from 16.9.2019 to 21.9.2019 - Administrative Sanction Orders- issued .

1.From the District Collector , Kurnool letter Rc.D4 /1235/2019 dt.30.01.2021 .
2.G.O.Rt. No.1072 , Finance ( FMU - REV) Department , dt.22.02.2023 .
ORDER: -
Inthe reference first read above , the District Collector , Kurnool has submitted proposals for release of an amount of Rs . 13,50,550 towards expenditure incurredfor providing food, organizing relief camps to the affected families at the time of heavy rains occurred from 16.9.2019 to 21.9.2019.
2. Inthe reference second read above , the Finance Department have issued BudgetRelease Order for an amount of Rs . 13,51,000/- ( Rupees Thirteen lakh fifty one thousand) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2022-23 .
3. After consideration of the proposal of the District Collector , Kurnool , Government hereby sanction an amount of Rs . 13,50,550/- ( Rupees Thirteen lakhs fiftythousand five hundred and fifty Only ) towards expenditure incurred for providing of food , organizing relief camps to the affected families at the time of heavy rains from 16.9.2019 to 21.9.2019 .
4. The amount sanctioned at para ( 3 ) above shall be debited to the following Head ofAccount:
MJH - 2245- Relief on account of Natural Calamities
SMJH - 02 Floods, Cyclones etc. ,

(PTO) 5. TheDistrict Collector , Kurnool is authorized to draw and disburse the amount to the concerned individuals through Direct Benefit Transfer . Further requested to furnish the Consolidated Utilization Certificates duly verified by the Andhra Pradesh State Auditto Revenue ( DM -Accounts ) Department for the amount released.
6. This order issued with reference to the BRO issued by the Finance Department in the reference second read above.
