- Andhra Pradesh Micro - Agriculture & Cooperation ( H & S ) Department Irrigation Project ( APMIP) Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sincahayee Yojana ( PMKSY) [ Per Drop More Crop ( PDMC ) / Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana ( RKVY ) ] Empanelment of MI Company - M / s Polysil Irrigation Systems Pvt Ltd , Vadodara , Gujarat for supply Drip & Sprinkler Irrigation Systems from 2022- 2023 onwards -Permission Orders - Issued .

From the Commissioner of Horticulture , A.P. , Guntur , Lr.No.APMIP/ Tech/ 392 / 2022 , dt : 06.02.2023 .
ORDER :
In the letter read above , the Commissioner of Horticulture A.P. , Guntur has stated that M / s Polysil Irrigation Systems Pvt . Ltd , Vadodara , Gujarat has submitted the proposal for empanelment of the company for supply of Drip & Sprinkler Systems under APMIP - PMKSY ( PDMC / RKVY) with all required documents . Accordingly , his office has instructed the Technical Committee for inspection of the facilities and submit their report with specific recommendations . The Technical Committee has submitted the report after carrying - out site inspection and infrastructure facilities etc. , on 10.01.2023 . The Technical Inspection team inspected the premises of M / s Polysil Irrigation Systems Pvt Ltd , Vadodara , Gujarat and recommended for empanelment for supply of Drip & Sprinklers based on their production capacities , infrastructure facilities and quality control lab facilities available .
Ρ.Τ.Ο 2. The Commissioner of Horticulture , A.P. , Guntur has also stated that , M / s Polysil Irrigation Systems Pvt Ltd , Vadodara , Gujarat has the BIS certification and manufacturing facilities for manufacturing Drip & Sprinkler Systems as per standards . The targeted area for the year 2022-23 for Micro Irrigation is 1.50 lakh hectares and it is proposed to saturate the potential area available in the State in next few years . It needs more MI Companies for achieving the level of saturation of state with Micro Irrigation .
3. Therefore , the Commissioner of Horticulture , A.P. , Guntur has requested to empanel the above MI Company - M / s Polysil Irrigation Systems Pvt . Ltd. , Vadodara , Gujarat to supply Drip & Sprinkler Irrigation Systems under APMIP (PMKSY - PDMC / RKVY ) from 2022-23 onwards so as to enable to achieve the targets at the earliest .
4. Government , after careful examination of the proposal , hereby accord permission to empanel the MI Company - M / s Polysil Irrigation Systems Pvt Ltd , Vadodara , Gujarat for supply Drip & Sprinkler Irrigation Systems under Andhra Pradesh Micro Irrigation Project ( APMIP) ( Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sincahayee Yojana ( PMKSY) Per Drop More Crop ( PDMC) / Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana ( RKVY ) ] from 2022-23 onwards so as to enable to achieve the targets at the earliest .
5. The Commissioner of Horticulture , A.P. , Guntur shall take further necessary action in the matter .
