Environment , Forests , Science & Technology Department Medical Reimbursement Permission to sanction an amount of Rs.17,423/ - ( Rupees Seventeen Thousand Four Hundred and Twenty Three Only) towards reimbursement of medical expenses to Sri K.Bharadwaja , Assistant Accounts Officer, working as Superintendent on deputation in APPCB incurred for his wife's treatment for "Emergency LSCS " (delivery ) during the period from 08.01.2021 to 11.01.2021 at Murali Memorial Hospital , Vijayawada (unrecognized hospital ) in relaxation of APIMA rules , 1972 Orders Issued .

ORDER : -
Inthe circumstances reported by the Member Secretary , Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board , Vijayawada , Government , after careful examination of the matter , hereby accord permission to sanction an amount of Rs.17,423/ - ( Rupees Seventeen Thousand Four Hundred and Twenty Three Only) towards reimbursement of medical expenses to Sri K.Bharadwaja , Assistant Accounts Officer, working as Superintendent on deputation in Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board incurred for his wife's treatment for " Emergency LSCS " ( delivery ) during the period from 08.01.2021 to 11.01.2021 at Murali Memorial Hospital , Vijayawada ( unrecognized hospital ) in relaxation of APIMA Rules , 1972 .
2. TheMember Secretary , Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board , Vijayawada , shall take necessary action in the matter . The Medical bills in original along with the letter of Dr.YSR Arogya Sri Health Care Trust , Andhra Pradesh , Guntur received through the letter read above are returned herewith .
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU - HM & FW ) Department , vide their U.O. No. FIN01 - FMU0PC ( HMF1 ) /118/ 2023 - FMU - HMFW ( C.No.1993870 ) , dated 17.02.2023 .
